MediSwiss.ai is provided solely as a clinical decision‑support tool. You, the licensed healthcare professional, remain fully responsible for all medical decisions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

The App’s AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes only and do not replace your professional judgment or clinical expertise.

MediSwiss.ai disclaims any liability for errors, omissions, or adverse outcomes arising from decisions made based on the App’s outputs.

2.6 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

3.1 Data Collection

Personal Data: Name, email address, and practice or clinic details.

Usage Data: IP address, log files, timestamps.

Medical Input: Patient symptoms, findings, and history entered by you.
